Kickboxing does not need to feel intimidating, full-on, or built for fighters.
Raw Kickboxing Foundations is a small-group beginner course designed for everyday adults who want to get fitter, feel better, and build confidence in a supportive, coach-led environment.
This is not about ego, posturing, or trying to keep up with people who have done it all before.
It is about learning the basics properly, improving your fitness, moving with more confidence, and enjoying training that feels practical, energising, and realistic for real life.
Who this course is for
This course is for middle-aged men and women who want:
a friendly, beginner-focused way to start kickboxing fitness
to improve fitness without feeling thrown in the deep end
better movement, coordination, and confidence

You do not need experience.
You do not need to be fit before you start.
You do not need to worry about “keeping up.”
You just need to be willing to begin.
Why Raw Kickboxing is different
This is not a fight gym.

You will be coached properly, encouraged at your level, and given a clear place to start.

What the 4 weeks will focus on
Week 1 – Foundations
Stance, movement, basic punches, and getting comfortable.
Week 2 – Building flow
Adding simple combinations, rhythm, and pad work.
Week 3 – Confidence and conditioning
Moving with more purpose, better control, and more confidence.
Week 4 – Putting it together
Blending the basics into training that feels smoother, stronger, and more natural.
