We use lots of different equipment like bags, kick shields, focus mitts, Thai pads and an ever growing collection of functional fitness equipment to make sure you have a great workout that stimulates your mind and body.

We train solo, with partners, and even throw in the odd circuit workout to add some variety. Everyone is encouraged to work out at their own pace while we help them improve their fitness and technique with kindly instruction and support.

We also focus on:

  • Breathing Techniques.

  • Thought process.

  • Confidence building.

  • Movement over muscle.

  • Mobility before Flexibility.

  • Posture in all forms.

We integrate these elements seamlessly into our classes, ensuring a natural and enjoyable flow. If the session isn't fun, we're not doing our job!

In this 45 minute class we focus on having fun and building great technique while enjoying a great workout.
